Sector manufacturing profiles

Defense-grade precision across critical sectors

Machining mission-critical sub-assemblies for aerospace structures, naval hydrostatic envelopes, and high-pressure plant hydraulics at our Patancheru plant under documented metallurgical controls.

Domain applications

Engineered for Extreme Operating Stress

Aviation and defense

Aerospace Structural Machining

Four-axis CNC milling and cylindrical grinding of titanium and high-strength alloys. Finished components withstand aggressive thermal cycling, sustained g-force loads, and strict micron-level concentricity limits.

Marine engineering

Naval Submerged Assemblies

Fabricating heavy propulsion housings, rudder shafts, and sea-chest mechanical linkages. Designed for continuous salinity exposure, extreme submerged hydrostatic pressure, and high-amplitude vibration dampening.

Process automation

Continuous Duty Hydraulics

Custom hydraulic power packs sustaining 160-bar working pressure with delivery up to 210 LPM. Built for heavy forging presses, continuous casting systems, and severe industrial plant environments.

Rigorous verification

Metallurgical Traceability and Test Regimes

Every incoming raw forging, billet, and plate undergoes independent chemical composition analysis and ultrasonic non-destructive testing before hitting the machining line. Heat-treatment cycles include controlled stress relief, normalizing, and case hardening with furnace temperature records logged against discrete batch identifiers.

Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure validation is executed on in-house test benches rated to 400 bar. Quality packets accompany every dispatched assembly, incorporating raw mill test reports, coordinate measuring machine inspection logs, dynamic balancing certs, and complete dimensional deviation sheets.
